We had a significant leak in our ceiling that we thought was related to rain coming through the roof. Our insurance agent recommended we contact Associated-Sennott because they do a lot of insurance work. I called and spoke to the owner Ron, and was amazed that he said he would personally be over within 30 minutes to look at the leak. He was at our home in 25 minutes. Ron determined that it wasn’t a roof leak, but was a plumbing leak in the ceiling. Over the next few days (including coming over on a Saturday morning at my request) Ron fixed the leak by rerouting a copper water line that was rubbing against a shower drain, and repaired both the ceiling and a large soffit (sp?) where the water had also leaked. The soffit also had 2 can lights that Ron had to take out and then reinstall. Although a small project, Ron was at our home 6 seperate times, mostly to make sure the newly installed drywall patches were properly taped and mudded and dried before repainting. Although this repair certainly took longer and was more complicated than Ron anticipated, he insisted on charging only what he originally quoted me for the repair, even after I said on several occasions that I understood if he would have to charge more. We could not be more happier with Associated Sennott and Ron Sennott and the work they did for us. Ron went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. We will be replacing our roof this spring, and although we had already received several bids and thought we had decided on the company to do the work, we have asked Ron to give us a bid, and it is hard to imagine that we would decide to go with anyone else.

I would recommend Alex and Nick to do any job. I can’t say enough good things about them. I met their father who taught them, if you’re going to do a job, do it right. They remodeled our basement, but we call it the “downstairs” because it doesn’t feel like a basement anymore. They worked with us and did so many special features in our remodel. They dealt with last minute issues with the city and a couple of last minute changes we made to the layout. They made the process enjoyable and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

Alex and Sennott contractors did a great job on the new porch/deck off the back of my house. Great company to work with and Alex had great communication throughout the process with letting me know when crews would be arriving etc. I’m having them install a new door as well because I was so satisfied with the quality of work they did. Very professional and cleaned up the job site nicely when finished. I highly recommend using them for your remodeling needs.

Our house had a small fire in the kitchen, Sennott Contractors were quick to respond and treated my family with respect that was greatly appreciated! They shopped around for pricing on materials and quickly repaired our kitchen to new, and removed the smell of smoke. I highly recommend.

I was out of town and called Sennott Contractors , they responded promptly and were able to fix the damage in my basement because of flooding. This included replacing and fixing flooring , drywall, foundation cracks and trim boards. They did it all and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them!!
